My friend, Jihannah, and I traded head shots a few days ago. It was cold and windy but sunny. Jihannah is super wise and mentioned that there is a word for feeling the warmth of sunshine in the winter. That stayed with me because being under the sun in the winter is kind of a special feeling – apricity. Take a second to really feel apricity some time this week and feel a bit of gratitude! Also, Jihannah wore spaceship yoga pants to this session and she is just the coolest!
